Living Worthy Ministries was birthed from the heart of a pastor who desired deeply to share the goodness of God’s word with as many people as possible. The word worthy in Colossians 1:10 deeply shaped the foundation of Living Worthy Ministries through the founder, Pastor D.J. Horton. The idea of ‘walking in a manner worthy of the Lord,” gripped his heart and has provided a foundation for preaching, teaching, writing, and leading others to live worthy of the Lord. Living Worthy Ministries exists as a resource for all Christians of different walks to access biblical truth and foundations to build their faith upon.

This isn’t just a ministry, it’s a calling. For years, God has opened doors for me to preach His Word, disciple believers, and walk alongside people as they grow in their faith. Through every message, every conversation, and every opportunity, the mission has remained the same: To help people live worthy of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Living Worthy Ministries exists to extend that mission beyond the walls of a church—to reach individuals, families, and leaders wherever they are. Whether through preaching, writing, coaching, or digital resources, the goal is to clearly communicate God’s truth in a way that is both uncompromising and relatable. CONSIDERING A PARTNERSHIP?
If you would like to become a partner, we would be incredibly thankful. We have two major endeavors that are currently in the works.
1.) Getting 100 pages worth reading book series launched and potentially published. You can request a sample of the book proposal by emailing Pastor D.J.'s Publicist, Rachel Cantrell, at rachel@djhorton.com. Getting a publisher will help us with exposure and broaden our audience. The dollars in the process go towards design/editing time, hours of finding publishers/research, and marketing through platforms such as other podcasts, websites, and platforms.
2.) A Marketing budget. Currently, we are being a good steward and all of our dollars for marketing are poured into two part-time employees who are focused on social media marketing (Free), email marketing, and exposure with other leaders in the nation.
