Pastor with Purpose is a service provided by Upward Sports, designed to honor, equip, and support pastors serving in their local churches. Born out of a deep love for the local church, this program is built for pastors by pastors, recognizing the unique challenges and joys of ministry. Pastor with Purpose offers three tiers of support to meet pastors where they are: Information, providing access to key insights, trends, articles, and blogs to help pastors stay informed and inspired; Transformation, delivered through small, 12-week virtual cohorts led by experienced pastors, offering meaningful conversation, leadership development, and spiritual growth in a collaborative setting; and Restoration, a one-on-one resource for pastors navigating personal or ministry challenges, ensuring they have guidance and care during critical seasons. Included in this coaching cohort is personal time for one-on-one coaching with experienced pastors like Dr. Horton. Pastors have the opportunity to have three personal coaching calls with one of the coaches and receive support in navigating current events in their church.

The Transformation cohorts meet quarterly, with limited spots available, providing an intentional space for pastors to reflect, grow, and strengthen their leadership influence.
